Welcome to the Joe's Creek - Walnut Garden

Neighborhood Association

We're an informal group of neighbors who live in the glorious area of Northwest Dallas bounded by Marsh, Merrell, Walnut Hill and Webb Chapel.

We are interested in building our community by getting to know each other, looking out for each other and our children and establishing an identity for our unique little neighborhood.

If you live in JCWG, have a parent here, own property in the neighborhood or are from a nearby neighbor group, you are welcome to join us.

The Harmony Produce Co-op is a group of neighbors who shop every two weeks in the Dallas wholesale produce market. Each member pays $10 bi-monthly and then collects their bags of produce at the home of the shopper for that week. Participation is not mandatory, you can skip a shop if you need to, but we normally receive double our money's worth in groceries. We try to buy seasonal produce, which gives us the best price.

Quick reminder to all contributing members - If you’re leaving town and would like an extra eye on your house, please leave a message for the patrol. If you need a reminder of the cell number, please email me and I’ll pass it along.

The balance in our account is $5,098.78. This will last only a few more months. Please continue to make donations through PayPal online.

We're asking that each family contribute $250, which is just $21 a month. If you’re able to give some now, and some later, we will take it!

We have 141 people in the Yahoo group with a very small percentage funding our patrol. We need your support if we are going to keep this going, so please be generous and help us if you can!!!
